3. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your writing, and we do not use your content to train external AI models.
4. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses AI to assist with writing structure and clarity. AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and taking ownership of any content you produce using the Service. Governing Idea does not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs and is not liable for decisions made based on them.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:
- using the Service for unlawful purposes
- attempting to disrupt or overload the system
- reverse‑engineering or modifying the Service
- submitting harmful, abusive, or malicious content
6. Intellectual Property
All branding, design, and software components of the Service are owned by Governing Idea. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without permission.
7. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the Service at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Governing Idea is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or errors in generated content. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
